To comply with federal and state fair housing laws, all persons 18 years of age or older who intend to reside in the rental property must complete and sign a rental application and pay an application fee of $25.00 (cash or cashier's check only). All applications will be processed within 24 to 48 hours of their receipt, excluding weekends and holidays.

A credit report is ordered on every applicant. Properties International Limited is looking for credit reports that demonstrate a willingness to pay financial obligations in a timely fashion. If you have had a credit problem, let us know up front. A letter of explanation may help qualify you.
